Day 46 Meditation

1 Corinthians 2:9

But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

Mediation Done By Youth Minister Jacqueline Braithwaite

Jesus Christ is the Lord of glory; a title much too great for any creature. There are many things which people would not do, if they knew the wisdom of God in the magnificent work of redemption. There are things God hath prepared for those that love him, and wait for him. Only if you can imagine what you shall see. Our mortal minds cannot begin to even phantom his glorious plans for our lives.

Day 45 Meditation

Jeremiah 29:11

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

Meditation Done By Pastor Judy Neal

Just as a parent thinks about their children and how they want them to succeed in every area of their lives. Our heavenly Father wants the same for us; his children. He has us on his mind and wants to do exceedingly abundantly above all we ask or think. How marvelous it is to know we have an mighty, awesome, all powerful God. All things work for our Good, just be patient and let God work his plan for our lives. There’s no way we can plan it any better. Stay in his will!

Be strong and of Good courage, fear not nor be afraid of them: for the Lord thy God he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee , nor forsake thee.

Meditation Done by Sister Geraldine McClary

Trials may come your way. Things may look bad and the enemy may tell you that you aren’t going to make it. Sometimes doors may close in your face, but don’t give up! That door is closed for a reason. God has a key with your name on it and it will open a brand-new door. God has your back. Don’t panic, don’t be afraid. God will personally go ahead of you.

Day 43 Meditation

Psalms 19:1

The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork.

Meditation Done by First Lady Linda Braswell

This verse today is letting us know that God is creator of everything. He is infinitely wise, powerful, and good. The heaven above is praising his works. How he hung the sun and moon and stars in the sky. If we commit to our creator, we have the hope of benefiting from his power, the hope of living under his wisdom, the hope of being blessed by his goodness and the enjoyment of his greatness. So, as we go through our daily task I invite you to see the glory of God and be reminded that you are under the care of one who is very great.

Day 42 Meditation

Zechariah 4:6

Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the Lord unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the Lord of hosts.

Meditation Done by Brother Tony Stutts

We need to understand how important it is for us to listen and pay close attention when God speaks to us. God doesn’t need the strength of men to make him mightier. His power alone is sufficient. Our weakness is no obstacle for the Spirit of God. We become mighty through him. . The spirit is a source of strength. Let us stand confident and STRONG in the power of Him who was raised with ALL power in his hand.

Day 41 Prayer by Howard Mitchell Williams

A Word of Prayer by, Howard Mitchell-Willams:

Precious Lord we come to you humble and grateful for the strength you’ve given us to make it this far. Whether it’s food, tv or any form of media we are consecrating from, we are sacrificing to seek you. David danced before your presence without a care in the world of how anyone thought because his focus was solely on glorifying you, so lord we ask you to help us to embody that same focus. For our focus in you brings about victory over the obstacles and trials faced in our daily lives. We are not sacrificing for our glory, but so that we may be edified so that through our lives, God may be glorified. Lord make us invisible so we exude your presence. In you holy and matchless name we pray… AMEN!

Day 41 Meditation

Psalms 30:11

Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing: thou hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness;

Meditation Done by Sister Geraldine McClary

God has heard our prayers. We’ve prayed about our troubles and he has brought our troubles to an end. God has caused our sorrows to be succeeded by Joy. God has taken our sackcloth of sadness & distress. He has dressed us in new garments of Happiness now we can dance, dance, dance. So, let us retire those sack clothes and put on our new garments. Let’s rejoice with God.
